We, as WRS owners, are compelled to reduce employee costs, which are usually the most significant expense that we can control due to decreased revenue. This leads to the employment of inexperienced or less motivated employees, which in turn affects the quality of service delivery to the customers. This results in the dissatisfaction of the customers and the general poor perception of all WRS providers.
